Great place to simply do nothing but relaxThe atmosphere compells you to relax and enjoy. Great little shoppes and restaurants and coffee houses. If you haven't visited Beaufort lately, you're in for a treat. Just walk along the waterway and watch the lovers. Enjoy!OVERALLAtmosphere

You have to visit downtown BeaufortI love Beaufort, S.C. and one of the main reasons is the historic downtown area. The Marina is a great store and the downtown views are breathtaking. Nice Place to VisitThe marina is located within easy walking distance of downtown. Although the town gets quiet in the evening, there are wonderful restaurants open. During the day, there's lots of shops open. The laundry facilities have several machines. The showers have good pressure. There was about a seven-foot tidal range.
