I loved the views and people. There were NO dislikes. I loved it and my kids did too. Emma and Grace my two girls were happy to see the history and beautiful buildings. It was just wonderful!
The Point Park is closed due to construction. You can not visit anything the museum is only open a couple of days a week-not the date we went.
The parking lot was a rip off- the attendent asked what we were going to do and we told him "point park" took our $12.00 and the temporary entrance was at the lower end of his lot. So he had to know the park is closed. The fountain was not on. We did walked along the river.
It's great to stop by the park front of entire City of Pittsburgh. The fountain is amzaing because it spary tall and spary let me cool down because outside was hot weather. Enjoy walk front of rivers is very nice. Anytime to stop by for couple make out or romatic. I love the fountain show the front point and very simple of entire city of Pittsburgh.
The park was under water and is suffering greatly. It has so much potential, as it was the site of Fort Dusquesne, and then Fort Pitt. Very historical, yet not well cared for, could be great for the pittsburgh region, yet not used to its full (there's that word again) potential.
