Not a bad way to spend an hour on a dreary day. The "tour" is actually a short demo and you get to twist a pretzel. The soft pretzels are fine, the hard pretzels are bland and crumbly - like air and salt held together with flour.
This was not the best factory tour we've been on, but the price is right (free) and the pretzels were darn good. Worth a stop if you're in the area, but don't make a special trip.
