Super for boaters and historyTHis is a beautiful location. Many things to do. It is often used by kayakers/canoers to take-out. The old canal is still visible. It is a well run, big park near the great Susquehanna River.1 of 1 Yahoo! Users found this review helpfulOVERALLAtmosphere

Friendly and HistoricalWe visit the Fort Hunter house and museum every year. They offer year round activites for all ages! From family movies nights to ice cream socials, the Fort Hunter property is a great place to have family/group picnics.
They are open year round and my children enjoy the house tour every year! I particuarly am found of the Giant Sycamore trees ...SHOW FULL REVIEW
