Both the spa and salon are very clean, and the atmosphere completely changes from one to the next. The staff that I came into contact with were very helpful and friendly. I had a pedicure with Nicole, and it was a wonderful experience. I also love getting my hair done for their expertise knowledge. They all seem always striving to learn and further their knowledge of new techniques and services. Great place!

For the services I received I felt they were over priced- the young girl cutting my hair was average- the color was average- the atmosphere loud and no privacy and the prices on the high end. I did not think it was very professional to see the employees smoking outside in front of the salon

There are a variety of services and I've not tried them all but have been happy with those I have tried. Another plus is Sunday and Monday hours.
Book early, especially if you want a day of services.

I enjoyed the great atmosphere and the friendly staff. The Women, Jennifer P., who cuts my hair takes time to do a great job and make me feel important.

Prices are too high, it is not in NYC. Staff is great. Aveda products are the best.
