Being from and having grown up in Doylestown, I visit the park frequently and find it to be a personal favorite to get away from the world and walk and take in the nature, water, and sounds of the earth. It's a great place to go kayaking or have a picnic with friends. I absolutely love taking my dog there to run and play. Its overall a really nice park with a lot lot love of land and lots to do.

I'm reading some of the reviews which seems to be the bikers complaining about the walkers. I've only been to the park twice and honestly for the person going there the first time...there's nothing that I saw that said it's a bikers only path & if it is a bikers only path, where are the walkers supposed to walk??! It's not very well marked. Somehow I don't think the park was intended for just bikers

The scenery is very nice. In the fall, it's beautiful looking across the lake when the trees are changing colors. The "Nature Center" needs work.
