Sooo, want to go, but...Where the heck do you stay for hotel/motel accomodations?? And what else to do around the area.
Never been out this way before, and love to travel!

WHOA!The tour guide was awesome, which made the $8 worth it even if it isn't true. However, you can see and feel the effects. kinda spooky, but fun :)OVERALL

i cant explain it yet.yeah they measure everything levels plums metersticks... and last time i was there cameras were allowed, just not videocams for some reason. some effects do seem to be an illusion but supposedly there are no wildlife inside the 'vortex' which also seemed to be true (although maybe for other reasons).1 of 1 Yahoo! Oregon House of MysteryDo you think that the reason you can't take a camera is really for copyright issues?
I think that this place is a hoax, but the only reason that it isn't a huge rip-off is because you only have to pay 8 bucks to get into the place.

OR Vortex HouseThis place is unbeleivable, PERIOD. If you are in the area, don't miss it. It is SPOOKY, but proved to be real. Measurements are shown, plus, YOU feel the effects of the place. You can WATCH people shrink and enlarge before your very eyes. I'm not easily impressed by much of anything, but this impressed me!
