I thought this would be a great experience, I was wrong. I was thrown from my horse, my mother and son's horse landed on them. We were given 2 seconds of instruction for begginner riders and we stayed on the horses for 2 minutes. The ranchhands were rude and mean when we were hurt. The manager said "This happens sometimes and bye." Don't go to this ranch.

If ur a begginer or and expert rider Thunder bird stables is the place to go. They have horses for all experiences with friendly workers and great horses. So, take the family out for fun.

Family had a great time. Horses were well mannered and pretty. My grand daughter fell in love with "Honey".

If you ever dreamt of living the life of a cowboy (or cowgirl) then you need to go harseback riding at thunderbird stables. We had a company "team building" day at the stables. We rod some terrific horses and did a hayrack ride that evening with an bonfire. We plan to name it annual event!

I can't explain how the beauty and the openness of this area just melts away the stress. The horses at Thunderbird stables are well-groomed and appear well cared for; the wranglers are very friendly and seem conscientious about matching my riding experience to the ride horse. It was comforting to see them on the trail, making sure my family and I were safe and doing well.

My college girlfriends and I went horseback riding recently at Thunderbird Stables and had a terrific time. Two of my friends had never ridden before so she got a really gentle horse named "Dallas". We even got the two "city slickers" to get their horses to trot. We will definitely go back.

We took our friends who were visiting from Alaska to ride horses at Tunderbird Riding Stables. We are all in our 50's so we were a little worried about the horses not being gentle and comfortable to ride. We have a very leisurely trail ride and the horses behaved very nicely. Highly recommend this activity

Our Church Youth group went to Thunderbird Stables to ride horses and we really had a good time. I rode a horse named "Banjo". He was black with a white face. I want to go again
