I've been to Cottowood in Edmond 3 times. I usually have several good experiences and a few not-so-great ones each time I visit. The feeling I get, if you look like you have money you'll be treated like you have money - not very professional. Although, I have to say that the facials are amazing and I will go back just for that! I am skeptical about the pedicures and manicures though. You can get better treatment in the mall!

I think that the experience at Cottonwood depends totally on whomever you get. There really is NO consistency. The massages are generally weak unless you request Harold, Megan or Amy. Other than that --not worth it. I qualify this becasue many times I asked for a deep massage and got a nothing (something my kids give me).

Horrible place to get your hair done, the girls there CAN'T cut hair and bad customer service. Sure their website is nice but don't get fooled. I will never go there again! By the way the owner, did not go to hair school, doesn't cut hair! Wow
