Can't really say I enjoyed this at all. It is a very small park. I'm sure if you want to camp, you could go some where else that is a much better place to have some fun.
and quite little park tucked away! Its not far from town so its easy to get to! Great for camping. The river is fun to swim in. Awesome for biking or hiking. Its a very beautiful place! I love nature and this is one of my favorite places to be! Lots of memories. You should try it out and experience how serene and beautiful it can be!
I spent most of all of my free time in the park, while my three oldest children were just babies(the oldest was 31/2)!! It is a relaxing place where the kids can take their bikes, skooters, or tricyles, and explore the trailes with a parent walking just ahead or behind them. From camping, to walking, or just going down for an afternoon cook out ...

Great Park with Less Traffic

Turtle River State Park has many amenities, including Mountain Biking Trails, Hikeing Trails, A confrence facility with a full kitchen, group campsites, many individual tent campsites spread throughout the park and a full service campground.

The staff is too concerned with pleasing the family customer when the majority of constituents are 18-30 year olds and don't like lights out at 9pm.
