i love the pickled baby corn and the garlic and herb cheese. we own a cabin about ten minutes from the store a we visit every time we are up.

The place is very clean and the owners are extremely friendly and knowledgable about their products. West Jefferson is such a quaint friendly little town and we truly enjoy visiting the cheese shop whenever we can. Very tasty!

We're from Ashe County so going to the cheese plant when we visit home is a must. The cheese curds are our favorites, though all the cheese we've had has been very good. Yay cheese!

The cheese is very fresh and tasty. The people that run the shop were kind of rude/distant and didn't look you in the face (but took your money anyways). Not a great experience.
