The Birthplace of Pepsi was just a little corner shop on Middle Street in New Bern, NC. I would have liked to see them have the old time glass Pepsi bottles, have some music from a juke box or something else to spice things up. It was just... OK.
Nice to visit the place where Pepsi started. This is a neat little museum and shop, but not a big place at all. 15-30 minutes worth of interest, tops, but if you are a big Pepsi fan, it may be great. NO admission fee, so 5 stars for value.

It was really a let down. The rest of the New Bern shopping area around it was nice. Would NOT recommend going there.
Okay I went into New Bern thinking that the pepsi store was going to have some cool things in it, but really its a small store that has gifts and soda that you can buy anywhere. I mean where is the video of the history of pepsi. I just thought it could of been a better experience. New Bern itself is a great town, but this place was pathetic.

I love Pepsi and this hasn't changed my opinion of the drink...I'm just surprised that someone in marketing hasn't dressed the place up a bit. The store sells trinkets and has a few ...
