This ice rink is not open any more. My family have been to the ice rinks in Charlotte and this place didn't come close to comparing to them. We need a nice rink in the Hickory area. I'm sure we would have skaters coming from Morganton, Lenoir, Lincolnton, Statesville and Hickory. This would be a great place for our children to learn to ice skate, play hockey and figure skate.

Does anyone know if it is open anymore? I would also like to know the times it is open.

it is awsome and this is coming from an adult I think people should all year around Ice Castles is perfect for birthday partys and just hang out they even give kids buckets to hold on to so they can practice that is great for little kids like my daughter.

This place is dank,dark and dirty. The ice is too small for anyone with a skating background at all. The people that worked there I found to be rude and arrogant. I will drive the extra miles to find a better place for my granddaughter to skate.Don't waste your time.

i love this place i am a skater there and the coaches and the workers are the best. I love them so much they are family to me and its the best! The coaches got me 41 or more gold meadles. Get your kid out there it is a family sport! YOull Love it so much!!!

Too small for anyone with a true skating background. I felt in my humble opinion it was dank, somewhat dirty and had a quite closed in feeling. Staff pleasant enough, just not really impressed..if you want a true skating experience travel to a larger rink,if a beginner or have small children {as I do} it is adequate. For the money ..ok value..it is expensive to operate a rink of any size..
