We found little in our bucket and the bucket was not a cheap bucket. The cutting prices were high, the wait was long to sit down and go over the gems we found. We ended up not getting anything cut. They tried to push us into cutting a particular stone which happened to be the most expensive cut.
They told us that they emeralds and other gems were taken from their mine. However, we found out later that this part of the country has ONLY rubies and saphyres. Stay clear and research your mines. If you don't see earth moving equipment on site .... then you're not at a mine !!!! They make their money by charging to clean and mount these non-indigenous stones.
