The best place on Earth!!We have a pre-school age child and since she was under a year old, we take her at least three times a year. This is the best place on Earth to our family! The animals look so much happier and healthier than any other zoo we have ever been to and I think it is because they are not really "locked" into a small space. They roam freely ...1 of 1 Yahoo! Zoo Is at its BestI live here in the city and visit the Zoo very often and have enjoyed it since it has came to the town i have camp out as a Scout there and hike around it and have watch it grow over the years it at it best and can get better in the years to comeYou have found this review helpful.2 of 2 Yahoo! We had no idea this zoo was here!We visited the NC Zoo with one of my grandchildren and plan to return with the other three. The setup is absolutely wonderful with the way the animals are housed in their natural environment rather than in cages. We were particularly impressed with the American prairie and the African plains. You feel that you are right in there with the animals.6 of 6 Yahoo!
