At The Crystal Spa in Saratoga Sprigns NY it is very nice there. All the staff is so nice. I had a young boy I forgot his name but he gave me more water and came back and asked me how I was doing. The room was nice and clean and my bath was nice and hot. The fornt desk staff was nice to her name was Amanda. So after you read this review you should go to The Crystal Spa!!

It is so nice to go there. Just RELAX be happy and keep a smile on your face. The baths there are so nice. I wish I could get a bath all the time there. You walk in to nice people and that is what business is all about! You just have to go there.

I had a great time going to the Crystal Spa. The facial expert did a number on my face (extracting), however, she was very nice.
I chose the Crystal Experience and although quick -- I prefer the Korean style of a spa (an all day event and much cheaper), it was refreshing. Also, after all the purchases after my Crystal Spa experience the bill came to approximately $300.

Being from Saratoga visitors often have heard of crystal spa and give me gift certificates there for hostess gifts. PLEASE NO MORE GIFTS I have yet to have a nice treatment there. All of the massages are VERY amateur. There are so many better massages to be had in Saratoga, shop around and ask people for quality not notability in the name.

I had a massage, bath and brazilian wax.

The bath was literally just luke warm water in a tub... which turned cold almost instantly and I had to sit in it for 30 minutes.

The massage was awful. The masseuse seemed to lack training and at one point was just pushing my back, in a jerking motion. Hands down worst massage I have ever received... ...

I liked the atmosphere and the way the emploee's treated me. They were all very professional and at the same time very down to earth.

The staff are attentive and friendly. It is a very relaxing eperience. I have had several different types of treatments and have never been dissatisified.

I have been to almost ALL of the Spa's around the Albany, Latham and Clifton Park area. I never thought I could afford to go to the world famous CRYSTAL SPA but a friend encouraged me to try it. To my amazement I was treated NICE ( unlike the BIG spa in Latham) THe price was fair and the relaxation and atmosphere beat the BIG spa in latham ...
