Advertising is sub-par at best. Personnel is not helpful and, at times, condescending.
I don't appreciate being "talked down to" by the help when excessive amounts of dollars are involved and talent is exhibited for all to see.
Perhaps the staff can take courtesy lessons.

When substantial tickets are sold, do the remainder searching for seats simply become an annoyance?

It is so refreshing to see a theater with adequate ladies' restroom facilitites.
The new auditorium seating is comfy and if you can just get the patrons to cooperate with their cell phones and beepers it would be perfect. Sound / lighting are good. We try to get to as many performances as possible.
