not an italian cook!!!

the only thing i can tell you is this:in the kitchen (where i have been)you will not find an italian cook! nothing wrong with it but at least5 don't call it italian restaurant! some years ago there was an italian cook with interesting specials,now only spanish people.

Umberto's pizza (and most of its other food, especially its rice balls) are so head-and-shoulders above 99.9% of its competitors throughout the New York Metropolitan area that I simply PITY the people who've never been there.
They just don't know.
