A dirty place

The general opinion is that Pyramid Mall Regal Movie Theatre is DATED AND DIRTY. Ithaca community can hardly wait for a modern/improved atmosphere to bring back the pleasure of going to the movies!

Watching Movies at Home is More Comfortable!

The theaters are worn out and the seats are uncomfortable. Ticket prices continue to go up. $7 for a weekday matinee is way too high for the theater experience at Regal Cinemas Pyramid Mall 10.

The new theater that is being built is taking too long, probably due to poor management by the builders. I hope it opens this year, but I won't hold my breath.

old theater, old screens. However, they are being expanded and renovated; due to open late fall. Can't wait! Stadium seating coming to a theater near you!

The theater is overpriced. It costs 8.50 for a movie (at the time I wrote this). That's just too much. They hustle you to buy snacks. The theater, itself, is not bad in terms of sound quality and comfort. The whole audio/visual experience is alright.
