The boat was over filled and the staff unorganized. They over sold the boat without regard for their patrons. Don't waste your time or money.

My boyfriend and I couldn't of picked a better weekend. It was in the high 80s the day of our tour. The staff were very knowledgable about the area. Because it was so hot, I got sunburned because we were sitting on the top deck of the boat. We went on the two castles tour which was great. I'm sure any tour from this company is good and would recommend it to anyone visiting Alexandria Bay.

We chartered the "Liberty" for a 2 hour cocktail cruise after my daughter's wedding.....the staff was wonderful to work with and the food was fantastic. The guests had a great time....would do it again in a minute! The boat was recently renovated and was very nicely set up for our event.

The trip was fun and I enjoyed all the people on the boat. It was a very nice relaxing day. The sites were great too. I enjoyed it more at night, but the day time tours were good too.

We have been on the Dinner cruise several tmes in the past 5 years and its always relaxing to be on the water. The food is great and the hospitality is wonderful. Although I feel that Uncle Sams could upgrade a little more. I feel the money that is brought in by all the patronage, the boats could be a little cleaner and a fresh coat of paint would be great. We will continue to enjoy the cruises for years to come. Just a friendly suggestion.

I boarded the Island Duchess for my tour and it was great. The people were awesome because they knew so much about the islands and i learned a lot. idk about the food because all i had was a strawberry daqiquiri and a "green slime" (both are excellent btw) and the water was beeyouteefull!! the setting and atmosphere was great and i loved it
