Ruidoso Downs was my first experience at being at a horse race. It was free to watch, the food/beverage prices were great compared to what you'd spend at other sporting events. We are not normally gamblers, but my husband and I did place bets and won enough money back that we paid for our meal. I can't wait to go back.
