This was absolutely the most undesirable park we have ever visited. Mislead on the internet, difficult to get to. Very poor signage so be careful if you have anything over 36'. We love and try to support our State and Federal parks but this one needs an overall on many levels.
Well for starters we were not allowed to fish. No fishing in the lake. No outdoor cooking. Most areas were "restricted". The park rangers were unwelcoming to their paying customers and acted more like border patrol agents keeping the illegals in the border. NO metal detectors were allowed either. we took my neices and nephew just last weekend it was great they have a sandy beach which is great for building sand castles, the pedal boats are great to see the rock formations upclose. they have a playground for the children to play in the natural spring running through the campground is beautiful the camps are well maintained and really reasonable. the voulnteers are really helpfull. we will be returning verry soon!!
I have never heard of the "Bottomless Lakes" till today we went for our Fourth of July. I recommend everyone to go and take there family...I was impressed of how well they kept the park. I still can't believe one of the lakes it 90ft deep.

i advise nobody to go here the water isnt even water it is black sludge and threre are mud puddles every were no matter if it rained or not and the water smells terrible
Spent entire afternoon and eve (watching the sunset and stars). Visitor Center volunteers give passionate (interesting) history of area. Folks were having fun fishing and hiking. Relaxing!!
