I felt like I was on a conveyor belt and they were very impersonal. Poor customer service, office staff very unfriendly, lots of waiting around - over 2 hours! The $149 jump is a con as they basically tell you it's not worth it and to do the $199 3mile jump so it's not cheaper than others. Choose someone else to do your skydive with.

The office staff are not friendly. I think my jump master was drunk. We waited for what seemed for hours before our jump and when we asked when we would jump the people in the office was mean to us, they have no customer service skills. We will never go back to skydive las vegas again. What they advertise on there web sit is not true. Be very aware of what is told to you by the poeple who anser the phone, it most likely is not true.
