Great place that is not based around a casinoIf you want to see something besides a slot machine then you must come and see this place. Unexpected treat down the road from LVHistoric downtown that is still used by locals but nice spot for visitors. Unpretentious and not expensive with restaurants (no chain), gift and antique shops, and places of business such as hardware store, banks, etc. Boulder City Dam Hotel is a historic landmark, with a museum.
