This course aside from the fact that I played this at the end of March there are golf courses 650 miles north that have fairways and greens that are in better shape than this place. I mean the fact that this course really is not that great a layout and in a very bad location just makes this a recipe for disaster. No offense but if you have ...
I play there alot. It is a fairly challenging course for me being a 12 or 13 handicapper. They keep it in good shape for a public course. Seniors get the senior rate at 55 instead of 65. I recommend it for a good time playing a round of golf. David B.(Springfield, Mo.)

Golf course was in awesome shape. Prices are more than fair and it also has a full pro shop, bar, and many options for things to eat. Has a goody cart on the course most days as well. Different rates depending on certain days. And a great senior rate too.
Full of Old Geezers, Greens are Hard and Dry. Fairways are not well kept. Dress code is Rediculous for yhis Dump ! I got hit by golf balls 4 times becayse The Old Geezers don't yell "FOUR" and are just out there playing whack a Mole. It reminded me of Playing those 3rd rate retirement courses in Florida..
This is course is definitely the best course for your dollar here in Springfield, Mo. The scenery is beautiful and the course is just challenging enough for a 10 handicapper like myself. The course even has a snack bar on the course stocked with beer and hot dogs- the perfect treat on any course. Play & Enjoy!
