Before Katrina.Great Memorial. Very unique. We visited from Australia in 2004.
Not sure what damage was done during katrina. I just hope the Memorial has been restored to its former glory. We thought the engraved photos really gave it life.OVERALLAtmosphere

vet wife for lifethe vvm is nice but as the wife of a viet nam vet,it's just not enough to repay the sacrifice that the pows, diabled, and the mia's and the dead. the wall, the vvm, all are great!!!! but it does'nt change how the viet nam vet's were treated when the wounded came home.we have a son in iraq i pray he does'nt come home to what his dad did!!!!!!!You did not find this review helpful.2 of 3 Yahoo!
