Got charged $18 for a tiny bag of chips from the room's fridge (no price list on the door!), and was also hit with a surprise extra fee at the desk -- after I'd booked the room and paid for it online via credit card. The atmosphere, buffet and casino are nice, but these extra fees just spoil your good time. I'll stay elsewhere next time.

parking was not good at all.the food was excellent the staff was very polite and eager to accommodate our needs we would tell our friends this is the place to be the one thing that stood out would be the movie theater the kids had a blast so if they are happy so am my husband and me

We had bay view rooms. The view was beautiful! The casino was moderately generous. The food was great! But, we haven't been back since the hurricane. Plan on returning within the next 2 weeks.

my wife and i where staying at the beau lavage and went down to the imperial palace to play in a poker game. i was impressed with the casino, i liked it a whole lot more than the beau lavage, please relate this to the casino. i plan to make this my gaming spot for future gambling gary w keith

I liked everything about the ip. We were supposed to stay at the beau rivage but our friends had to stay at the ip so we stayed there too. Oh I'm glad we did. I must have won about 3thousand there. The slots are very loose and the streak hse is very good. their salon was good and movie. The entertainment was execellant in the casino also. Plus we got 2 more nights free along with coupons to the steak hse free.
