Me and my boyfriend went on the trolley in June and it was so much fun! We wished it would have been longer than 45 minutes because it was so exciting! Our driver's name was Bobby and he was amazing at telling us the history. Very funny. He made sure that the kids on the trolley had fun as well as the older adults. We will be going back soon.
I love going on the trolley when I go to stillwater! You get to learn some of the history of Stillwater and you get to see alot of historical buildings. You also get to see stillwater from beautiful views. I would recommend this to others. You won't be disappointed!
Everytime I ride the Trolley's in Stillwater I learn a little more about the history of the birth place of Minnesota. I plan to take my daughter (6yrs.) back this summer, she really had a great time on the Trolley's las summer.
Well informed and friendly staff, very scenic and loaded with historical information. I would recommend taking the time to ride the trolley by yourself, a date, or with children as it appeals to a widespread audience.
I took my 5 year old daughter on the Trolley ride and she absolutely loved it! I have been living in the St. Croix Valley area for 25+ years and I learned so much about the history of Stillwater! It was awesome....It's really fun for kids...well maybe not the average teenager... : ) LOL! Well it's a good time and WORTH EVERY PENNY!

on labor day, 2008 we boarded the 2 pm tour at the insistence of the nice lady in the booth. I had mentioned that I have a 2 year old and she may get tired of the tour since she mentioned that it would take about 45 mnutes. However, she insisted that the driver is very engaging and will involve the children and they would have a blast. Of coure, ...
This trolley tour is expensive at $14 per person. They only take cash, no credit cards accepted. The tour itself goes up and down a few streets and points out nice houses, giving short histories. It just touches on a dozen or so houses, but we didn't get an in-depth look at anything. We just drove by all of them. There was also a brief, strange ...
The Stillwater trolley was fun. I took my 16 yr. old nephew and he loved it. The trolley takes you to some scenic hillside views overlooking the St.Croix river along with a narrated mini history lesson of Stillwater along the way. The trip up the hill was fun but the trip back down was even better. Hang on tight for a fun filled ride.
