Its a shame to see all the people out there who blame the restaurant because there a different restaurant. They are more of a bistro now to fit the needs of the town. They sell great food at a great price. Everything is made from scratch and is a very good value compared to alot of the other restuarants I wont be back to. Its truley a new hidden gem of Saugatuck. I also love the Jazz they have on the weekends.

Just returned from dining at Toulouse and it was great! New menu, new chef ... service was excellent. We have been to Toulouse several times, and understand what others have said about the experience not being up to what it used to be ... but, in my opinion, all that has been solved - Toulouse is once again an outstanding dining experience!
