This is a "True" libraryI am originally from Port Huron and I have visited the Public Library since I was a child and continued to visit with my own children. We moved about 2 years ago and the library in our town, is so "generic" and if you don't live within the city limits you are required to pay $100. per year to use the library! This is ABSURD!
