Lawsuit Pending...We have filed a lawsuit against Mr. Mark Van Dis for breach of contract and fraud. A $700.00 gift certificate purchased from him over two years ago as a retirement gift for my Mother and still no ride. (At least not the kind of ride we had expected!) Numerous last second cancellations did occur for very suspect reasons.

Mark the owner is not a honest man -We children gave a gift to our folks for there 50th. This guy has taken our money and over 2 years later my folks have not had a ride, this guy is a 1st class jerk - if you want to lost over $400.00 just call him...........

DO NOT GIVE THIS MAN ANY MONEY!I bought a gift certificate for my husband's birthday 2 years ago and have not been able to get him to give us a balloon ride, or return our money. Book if you like to give away moneyMarc deposited my $100 check that he said he wouldn't deposit. It's been almost 2 years and Marc hasn't given us a balloon ride or refunded our deposit. He doesn't answer his phone very often or answer emails. I feel bad if Marc is in fact going through hard times but I've basically written off the $100 as a donation.4 of 7 Yahoo! Ouch - we got ripped offWe were having a benefit for a baby with cancer.

Great Pilot...Beautiful AreaMy wife and I went for a ride with Marc and his crew a couple of years ago. Marc allowed us to select a different day than the one we had scheduled because we really wanted to go along the lakeshore, and the day we had chosen was quite cloudy and there was an east wind which would have forced us to take off inland and probably not see the lake.
