Please don't give this man your money!!! He isn't even allowed by the FAA to fly balloon's anymore!

Marc deposited my $100 check that he said he wouldn't deposit. It's been almost 2 years and Marc hasn't given us a balloon ride or refunded our deposit. He doesn't answer his phone very often or answer emails. I feel bad if Marc is in fact going through hard times but I've basically written off the $100 as a donation.
