Frederik Meijer Gardens and Sculpture Park gives you a feeling of being at peace with the environment. The sculptures are amazing and one of a kind. You should go there.
A wonderful place, especially if you like botanical gardens. There are of pretty gardens both inside and out, a nice gift shop, and it is very easy to find. I hope to go again soon..

Best Tourist Attraction in Michigan
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/07/06
The Gardens are the best! It seems that they have something different going on every time that i visit. This place is a rare gem and one of the best botanic gardens i have ever visited. The Children's garden and Farm Garden just add to the fun of the trip. There is something for everyone. Thank you Mr. and Mrs. Meijer - this is something that everyone should experience at least once in their life.

Beautiful, Inside and Out

The botanical gardens are the tip of the iceberg. There's the sculpture gardens, galleries, and the kid's sculpture garden that is both fun and educational. I'm 21 and I had fun playing in it. Art from a variety of artists and styles. A must see if you are in the area.
I liked pretty much everything about Frederik Meijer Gardens & Sculpture park. The sculptures were amazing. They were so big and complex, I found myself wondering how someone could make something like that. Outside the Gardens it was just as gorgeous. I prefer the going in the summer for the outside scenery. My favorite part was the Garden ...

The kids garden "rocks"! Madeline, 6 and Nathaniel, 9. Mom and dad loved the tram ride through the art garden - Madeline's little legs would never have gone that distance.

A western Michigan gem
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/30/05
Meijer did it big time for this town. Anyone interested in art, plants, a holocost rememberence, a good get a way from southeast Michigan or Illinois should consider this day trip. It is east of Grand Rapids, on HWY 696- easy to reach and very reasonable. The volunteer staff are friendly Grand Rapids folk, mostly seniors, who are very pleasant. Walk in the woods, look at the plants, check out the indoor and out door flowers....Just Go

By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/13/05
I love it. The gardens get better every year and the sculptures are wonderful. Something great for West Michigan. My daughter and I take her 2 little ones every year to the butterfly exhibit. They talk about it all year long. Now that the Children's garden is operating we'll probably go more often. It's a wonderful hands on area ...
