    Unfortunately the Word Bookstore went out of business in 2005 after over 25 years. This inspirational bookstore served the church community and citizenry of all of Northern Michigan. They will be missed.

  • Way overpriced and not friendly

    Going into the store, no one welcomed us. Checking out the prices after visiting other Christian as well as nursery and craft stores who carried the some of the same gift pieces, their prices were 3 times as much. How does a Christian Book Store feel good about boosting their prices, and taking advantage of their customers?
