I recently visited Dessange in Ann Arbor and received a cut, color and new style. I love it that all the stylist are trained on the new French looks.

I especially enjoyed the complementary make-up application to go along with my new cut and color! I can't wait until I need a trim to enjoy this experience again!

I've gone a few times since they opened in like 2003? It seemed pretty well-managed back then with Jeremy when i got my hair done and massages, but now it seems like nobody is really on the ball. Though it is a nice place, I'm slightly disappointed with the cost to value of the services.

The staff were competent although a bit disorganized. In the end, though, we had the salon to ourselves on my sister's wedding day and all of our hair looked fantastic. I have gone back for haircuts and highlights and been satisfied with the job Marilyn did. She does a great job styling!

the atmosphere was nice, yet the services below average. I went there for hair coloring, and not only did it turn diseasterous, they didn't even admit they made a mistake and they charged me for the whole thing, i gave them the benefit of the doubt and went for another hair coloring which also turned out diseasterous....will never show up there again..
