All you need is a walk by and less than one minute history on this house. spend your money on the museums that are more interesting and will teach you the same things. boring is the best word for this. drive or walk by snap a photo and read the plaque
I come every year for the last 14 yrs.. I always make it a point to come to the witch house because the history of it thrills me!! Everyone needs to come see if you are visiting salem.
My family and I had actually bought a package with the trolley to visit the witch house. We figured it would be something different or had something more. The walk through of the house was boring. The moment you walk through the dining area, you feel sick to your stomach. I found it hard to breathe. As if a pressure was upon my chest. I have been to other haunted houses where I felt this way. So, I believe there is some form of paranormal activity in this residence. It wasn't worth the money or ...
This was cool. They did a 20 inute segmant on the witch trials and they did it with story telling and everyone stands near a red circle or around it, etc. very good.
This is pretty much the only "historic" location in salem regarding the witch trials. I reccommend it if you like history and old houses. It sure is a lot better than the cheesy "haunted houses" that make you think they are a museum!!
