The prices have increased to ridiculous. Even though the portions are big the food is fair. Waitresses become too complacement with customers and only pay attention to the tables who order alcoholic beverages. Too much $$ for pub food

There is a group of us who continually come back
to the Garden City Pub... come early... the place
fills up with locals. Delicious broiled haddock,

Good food, good drinks. A good place, obviously, if you are a "regular". FORGET IT if you are not. We felt so unwelcome at the bar that we left in the middle of a Red Sox game....

Great menu, try the Garden City shrimp, it's wonderful. Drinks are huge, atmosphere is comfortable and inviting. Go all the time, it's a great place to take a night off from cooking.
