I must admit I enjoyed reading the one negative review amongst all the other 5 star reviews. The person strikes me as just generally bitter. I on the other hand saw the show and was first captivated by the decor. I could have spent hours wondering the theatre and reading the wonderful articles posted on the wall or viewing the incredible posters ...

Amazing sets and costumes. This is a magic show like no other - it's truly grand - in a genuine old theatre. The cast is like a large extended family, each with their specialties. There's something for everyone, all ages. And the free parking is icing on the cake.

Magic-The Way It Should Be!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/22/07
There will be a day, That I, "The Great Benjilini' will emulate the "Le Grand David" show! Entering the wonderful theatre, you will enjoy the relics of our "art" displayed in the theatre. The warmth of the players before and after show is both pleasant and enjoyable. As I change costumes during my act, I saw this done ...

Old School Magic at its Best!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/19/07
There is true magic going on in Beverly...for you magic cynics out there, this is a must see. My family and I made it to the Le Grand show last year...and I am still shaking my head over it. The people in the show are largely locals, who take this very seriously. It almost has this surreal, David Lynch quality (not the dark David Lynch!) of ...

NEVER SEE!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/15/07
I have no idea what everyone else is talking about....I hope we didn't go to the same show. I have never seen something as bad in my life! The most exciting part of the show was when the man next to me bought my friend and I popcorn! Which is pretty bad when we paid $18 to see "such an amazing show." There was a bunch of random ...
A fantastic, one of a kind, show where entertainment is what it was meant to be, live entertainment at its best.
Highly recommend the show to anyone who has the ability to see it.
An avid fan from South Florida. We are repeat audience members and are thrilled each and every time.

Le Grand David - Don't Miss It!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/30/06
Three adults took our favorite five-year-old Rory to see this show last Sunday. What a fine day out for all of us. We were greeted outside the theater by a fantastically dressed sequined clown. We bought our tickets and went inside the lobby, where a young magician offered to do a trick especially for us ... of course we accepted! We bought our ...
