This is a great Zoo. I read many reviews from sites and some were disapointing and I was aprehensive of going. I am so glad that we did. The conditions are good. To begin with, admission was very expensive. The pathways were run down, and eroded away. The stench was stomach turning. Most of the animals that were there could be easily seen at the nearby park (in their natural habitat) or on one of the local farms. I mean turtles, deer, goats? Come on!

Decent experience and very spacious considering its a privately owned zoo. Was expecting a small "petting zoo" type place, but this is a very large, wooded and well kept preserve. I gave the value "2" because it was pricey for a family of 5.

you get to touch A LOT more animals than any other zoo i've been to. Including llamas, goats, tortises, and more,Best visiting times include late spring to early fall. between 10:00 and 4:30. Anyone who loves the outdoors will love it.
