I love NBK. The food is delicious and prepared right before your eyes. The chefs are skilled and friendly. I would definitely reccommend this for anyone, especially families.

I've been to alot of Nichi Bei Kai rests. and this is, by far, the worst I've ever been to ..poor wait staff, poor food, and "the show" was lackluster...I will not EVER return to this place to eat..!!!

Hibachi at Nichi Bei Kai (NBK) is at best average here but the real find for this restaurant is the sushi.

If I was rating based on sushi bar alone I would give it top marks for overall experience and food.

It isn't the best sushi I've had (the best sushi I've had is from Sushi Taro in Wasington DC) but NBK is pretty darn close. ...

This restaurant is known for it's Nigiri Eel (Unagi) sushi.... for good reason. Very good hibachi style dining, with a full menu of other Japanese selections and a sushi bar.

I love Nichi Bei Kai. The sushi bar is wonderful, the atmosphere is lively, salads are always crisp and fresh. I've never had a bad meal here and the staff is so friendly. This is by far the best Japanese restaurant I've ever been to.
