Anyone who likes to garden...this is a MUST. The ground keepers there do an excellent job planting, growing and maintaining this site. If you are lucky and there is someone working outdoors...they are more than willing to answer each and every question you have. They are very pleasant and knowledgable My husband and I had the privledge of ...
William Pacca lawyer and statesman, nice tour but not terribly distinguished from other house tours of the period. The staff does a nice job of giving the tour although it is a bit lengthy (over an hour) and the cost is more expensive than some other similiar tours.
Overall though the gardens and the house was worth the trip, very stately and historically interesting.

A Fine Pragmatic Lesson In Early American History
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/19/05
I liked the William Paca Home and Garden very much. It is a fine American Colonial Home of one of our founding forefathers,William Paca. The guide I had from the Annapolis Foundation was very knowledgable of American History. Paca's home has a fine collection of early American Decorative Art . The Gardens are also quite attractive.
