I have been to Sam's before and had a nice dining experience although overpriced. Returned again recently it was terrible! Some of the WORST SERVICE ever experienced, I feel te wait staff must have been told that they are doing the diners a favor by waiting on them. the food was only fair. A real disappointment. The high note is the view...but if you are hungry go elsewhere.

I have never had such a terrible waiter, like the one I had at Sam's. I went for lunch on my birthday and left in tears. The SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE. Our waiter, Mike, was EXTREMELY RUDE, he made my family and I feel as though we were inconveniencing just by simply placing our order. The food isn't bad, the view is great, but the SERVICE IS THE WORSE I'VE EVER HAD. I'll never return to eat there.
