I went to aqua terra with 9 of my closest friends to celebrate my birthday. This had to be one of the best experiences I've ever had...it made me feel really special, for my special day! Everything from the food, to service, to ambiance was top notch! The food was absolutely delicious! The flavors fused together, along with the beautiful ...

Just moved from the Big Apple NYC. Have enjoyed many of the areas finer restaurants. We stumbled upon this place by chance. All we can say is "where have you been all my life" From start to finish we were blown away. Tuna tartare unlike any we've ever experienced. Top rate. Bacon wrapped scallops with wasabi mango sauce. could make ...

Never Again
By Debl, 12/15/06
We were a group of six and no one had a kind word about the meal. The salmon was over cooked, the tuna was in some kind of to sweet maple syrup sauce, the lamb was greasy, the risotto was swimming in butter and the seasoning on the NY strip made two of the diners ill. As for the ambiance- it was so dark in the restaurant that we had to use the two tea lights to read the menu. Worst meal ever.

Feel cheated after going here
By JuliaJ, 05/23/05
had our anniversary here...big mistake. Crab bisque was oily, tuna tar tar was mushy and tasteless, fish was overcooked, risotto was bland, all for over $100! that and the servers who should go back to working at Friday's made it a real downer of an evening. wouldn't pay a quarter of what we did for this food. go to any other annapolis restaurant...please.

Classy, yet relaxed
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/27/05
I've been to Aqua Terra a few times now. The food is excellent, especially the pulled duck salad. My boyfriend ordered another duck dish with some kind of white chocolate sauce. Some things are a little pricey, but the service and atmosphere in combination with the food makes every penny well-spent.

do not believe the hype
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 02/05/05
I found it to be a typical all image restaraunt. The dishes were not only overpriced, they lacked imagination and flavor. Although the atmosphere is clearly more important than the food, I was made to feel as though I was being done a favor paying over $100 for a subpar dinner for two.

Fresh, inventive cuisine superbly cooked. Fabulous grilled beef--- and seafood is delectable. Excellent tapas if you don't want a full meal.Try the seared scallops with onion marmalade. California transplants will love it. Nice L.A. atmosphere...no colonial decor. Nice fusion cuisine of Asian, Californian and Mediterranean ...
