  • Great way to see Acadia

    Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our private boat ride taking us to all the "must-sees" of Acadia. It was a fantastic seeing up close views of the gorgeous cliffs overlooking the bay, the porcupine islands, thunderhole, sand beach, all the hidden caves and crevices, rock formations, etc. We learned so much - geology, ecology, history, ...

  • fantastic tour!!!

    This is by far the best boat tour we've taken. Capt. Shaw is an enclycopedia of information. Not only is he knowledgeable but guides the area with enthusiasm and passion. We have since taken private boat tours in other coastal areas but none have been comparable. His is the trip others should be measured by.

  • The Real Thing

    This trip was the highlight of our time in Maine. Capt. Shaw is a storehouse of info on Acadia National Park and Mount Desert Island. Ask him a question and you get an answer you can trust to be the last word. In additon he has spent 30 years studying bald eagles in this area and is a world recognised expert on the subject. A great trip that should not be missed!
