Be careful when getting highlights.I had a very stressful experience. I made an appointment to get highlights done. I have spent almost two years letting my natural brown hair come in and during that time I have been getting light blonde highlghts done for contrast. Not worth the costThis spa is a joke! I have a recommendation, keep your money in your wallet!!! The facial was the only decent part, if you would call it that. It was a tiny closet we were in. The girl was good though. The manicure/ pedicure was ridiculous. Wonderful!!!!!!!!!I must admit I was apprehensive after reading some of the reviews. My children gave me a gift certificate for Christmas and I was worried that they had wasted their money. NEVERNEVERNEVER again!My brother gave me a complete spa package for my birthday in July, and I finally got around to using it yesterday. It was supposed to have included a half hour massage, a facial, hair conditioning & blow dry, manicure, pedicure, makeup and a lunch. Give it another chance!I began going to the Shreveport location a few years ago and yes, as everyone else mentioned, the owner was a rude, snotty woman. But recently a new owner has taken over and things have changed quite a bit. Things are much more professional. If you need a brow wax, Brooke is amazing and Molly will give you an awesome haircut. Nail ServicesI have been twice after my regular manicurist retired. While I like Pam, the woman who did my manicure at Hello Gorgeous, I have had to redo my nails both times! Dont waste your money!Hello Gorgeous is one of the most unprofessional places I have ever been to. When you think of spa...this is not it! I went there happy and left stressed!! The staff was rude. The place was dirty. The service was poor for the money you spent.
Take my advice...if you want a real spa experience or just a clean spa dont go to Hello Gorgeous in Shreveport.OVERALLAtmosphere

And the quality is so poor you could get the same service for half the price some where else and not deal with people who think they are something but are no better than you and me! Pleasently SurprisedI recently went to Hello Gorgeous after reading the reviews on this site. I was reluctant at first because of some of the reviews but when I entered the store I was greeted and tended to with great care.
While there I recieved a spa package with the works. All of the staff was very courteous and well mannered. I will be back many times to come.
My eyebrow's look so good ..sorry just had to brag!
