I recently went to Hello Gorgeous after reading the reviews on this site. I was reluctant at first because of some of the reviews but when I entered the store I was greeted and tended to with great care.

While there I recieved a spa package with the works. All of the staff was very courteous and well mannered. I will be back many times to come.

My eyebrow's look so good ..sorry just had to brag!

This was truly the WORST experience I've EVER had. The worst customer service with the absolute RUDEST people that clearly have no class of their own the way they act while they look down and belittle their clients. I would get better service at a Saturdays or ProCut.

I have a regular appointment after being referred by a friend to Wendy for my haircut. I'm a guy who is picky when it comes to stylist. Wendy is great!!! She is a stylist that knows what she's doing! Beauty and talent to boot!!!

I have to say that I dislike Hello Gorgeous because of the rude, stuck up people who work there. The little lady that did my waxing was so worried about her wedding and all of the things she had going on that she didn't even ask me my name or any specifics on how I wanted my waxing done, and that is just RUDE! Also they talk bad about each ...

I have tried Hello Gorgeous many times over the years and have been disapointed every time I have been. The one in Shreveport is definelty the worst. The owner is one of the rudest people I have ever seen in my life she thinks she is so above everybody but she has done nothing but make a bad name for her business. My boyfriend surprised me with a spa day yesterday for Valentines Day! It was the best day I have had in a long time. Everyone was really friendly and made me feel and look great. I must admit the facial was the best! I told my boyfriend I want another spa day real soon to the Shreveport Hello Gorgeous. I am hooked!

I went to Hello Gorgeous, Shreveport because my husband bought me a gift certificate for Christmas. I loved it...everything about it..the massage, facial, manicure, pedicure, hair, and makeup. i received great advice from the technicians. My overall experience was great! I can't wait for Valentine's Day!!

I went to Hello Gorgeous on a whim with a friend of mine who had gotten a gift certificate. This was my first visit and we enjoyed ourselves so much! We went to the Bossier location and everyone was so nice and did such a good job with everything! We had "the works" so we were able to to meet with all the employees and they all did ...

I have paid one visit to the Shreveport location. My husband purchased a gift certificate there for a "Spa Day" for one of my Christmas gifts last year. I have never been so ill treated and disrespected in my life. To say the owner leaves a LOT to be desired is putting it mildly.
