    I could not think of a better place for fine dining in Shreveport. It is locally owned, and hospitality is important to them. There are nightly chef specials using only the freshest ingreadents. You will not be disapointed!

    Fertitta's is a throwback to the days of relaxed quality dining and personal attention. The service is excellent, the food is very good. They don't rush you and they don't forget you are their guests. In all likelyhood the owner, Joe Fertitta, will personally visit your table to seek your satisfaction. One of my favorite places in town for a casual drink or a superb dinner.
