I have been going to T.J. ribs for years. The service has taken a nose dive. My wife and I have seen it on the decline for a while. The place seems dirty as well. The food is still graet but dont expect good service. T.J. Moran should hire a new manager and staff.

The ribs are amazing! The best ever. And for the environment, awesome. I highly recommend eating at TJ Ribs.

The ribs tasted warmed over and not freshly cooked. The were not really hot but cool around the bone.

I love good dry rub, smoked ribs and eat ribs all over the country looking for the best. TJ's does both braised (babybacks and "Special") and smoked, "Memphis Style". Their smoked ribs are definitely in the top 10% of my 100's of rib outings across the nation. Sides are good but not outstanding, though the red beans and rice are getting up there.

If you are a rib person, try TJ's when you are in Baton Rouge.

I love the food service and everything about the restaurant. Mt experience was wonderful. If you are a big LSU fan that is the place to be.

I travel to Baton Rouge at least once a month from RI. The food is very good at TJ-RIBS. The only issue I have seen is that the temperature of the meal is to low. Heat it up TJ.

First off, before we even walked in the door, an apparently disgruntled employee was storming out cursing the place. Not a good sign right off the bat. Then we had to wait ten minutes to be seated. I asked the host why we had to wait when half of the restuarant was empty and was told that he was shorthanded on waitors. I was happy to get a table ...
