    I love this place, it takes you in the monent you enter the door. The quilts are some of the true wonders of this world. The time and engery they put into each one just takes your breath away. I love it.

  • Modern Art Mixed with History and Tradition

    A trip to the National Quilt Museum is recommended to anyone traveling through or near western Kentucky! Even though I am not a quilter, I am amazed by the technical detail each time I visit. The traveling exhibits change so I always see something different.

    We were taken aback by the beauty of the first quilt we saw, and were more and more enchanted as we went through the museum. It was fabulous. and we could get close enough to the quilts to see the construction without touching them.
