I set the amateur and tied the pro record of 65 in 1969 or 70 when 18 was a par 4 requiring a good layup shot of 200 yards and a blind shot at the hole. I know the change was made to speed up play, but I was sorry to see the course change. On the positive side, my record will stand forever.

Historic and scenic course in the KC area. Elevated Tee boxes on 9 and 18 are fantastic holes. When you consider the very reasonable cost of playing this course it only makes it more appealing.

after looking at the score card and saw that it was only 6000 yards from the tips, i thought it would be a pitch and put course. the course actually plays a lot longer then what the yardage indicates. the draw back was that the greens either were not mowed the morning we played or that they are just in bad condition (real bumpy, real slow, and ...

Good looking course with fun holes and a very reasonable price. Other courses I would place in the same catagory cost close to twice as much. One negative is that the course does play slow when it is busy.

This is the worst golf course in KC the marshals suck and dont knwo what they are doing so it take 7 hours to play a round on a sat. all the while they will keep telling you to speed up while the group in front of you is still on the tee box DONT GO TO THIS COURSE!!!
