I love this little zoo in the middle of no where. It is no San Diego Zoo but if you are looking for a fun time with the kids or cute new date night local, this is it. There aren't too many animals and they are the usual, monkey, cheetah, bear, and lion but they have a fun little petting areas and peacocks running free on the property. I love this place!

Really nice small zoo
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/10/05
The zoo is pretty and well maintained. Nice size to walk around- don't have to walk far from one exhibit to another. The variety of animals is great considering the smaller size of the zoo.

Sunset Boredom

If you have ever been to the Sedgwick County Zoo, don't bother coming to the Sunset Zoo. In a couple years though, it will be a lot better. They already have a lot of new exhibits. But nothing exciting yet.
